Qualcomm recently introduced the Snapdragon 665 chipset for the mid-range smartphone industry. It is the successor of Snapdragon 660, but overall there are minor changes in hardware including new Adreno 610 GPU. The SoC uses four custom Kryo 260 cores based on Cortex-A73 are pointed at 2.0GHz, and the remaining four Kryo 260 cores based on Cortex-A53 clock at 1.8GHz. The Snapdragon 665 smartphones are already available in the market to buy.
