Meizu 16s Pro design and key specifications confirmed

The Chinese firm has recently confirmed its upcoming flagship Meizu 16s Pro to officially unveil on August 28. Meizu VP Hua Hailiang just releases an image posing its upcoming flagship Meizu 16s Pro. The render discloses an identical design as Meizu 16s with a brand new dark green color option, though the color name is not finalized yet. Its predecessor Meizu 16s is available in three Carbon Black, Pearl White, Phantom Blue color options. Indeed, the device does not seem to use the curved screen design rumored previously, the unlocking aspect uses the in-display fingerprint sensor. Overall, the Meizu 16s Pro upper and lower borders are close to each other, and the left and right borders are narrow.

Subsequently, a device with model number m1973 passes through the Antutu benchmarking platform likely to be Meizu 16s Pro. According to the listing, the device is driven by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ chipset. It features a 1080 x 2234 pixel Full HD+ display supposed to bring 90 Hz refresh rate. The device runs on Android 9 Pie coupled with 6GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB UFS 3.0 storage. It is also expected to bring more RAM and storage on other variants.

The AntuTu website also reveals that the upcoming Meizu flagship will have 48MP main camera on the back, whereas, a single 20MP selfie shooter. Further, it scores 464,411 on Antutu, which isn’t impressive given the other devices with the same chipset are scoring more.
