Suspicious IQOO Plus 5G discloses specs and pricing details

As we are entering in the 5G era, many smartphones brands have already started working on next-gen. devices Vivo being one of them. The company is rumored to launch a 5G capable smartphone soon. previously, a 5G enabled Vivo smartphone with model number V1916A got certified by the 3C confirming (11V==4A) 44W fast charging support.

Finally, a Vivo smartphone, to be called IQOO Plus 5G, has been surfaced through some kind of advertisement banner suggesting a nearby launch. The leaked poster reveals Snapdragon 855 Plus processor, that is obvious as the company has already confirmed. It comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB built-in storage and the battery is a 4,500 mAh.

When it comes to pricing, it is surprisingly cheaper than other smartphones of the same category. If the leaked poster is believed, the handset is one of the cheapest 5G smartphones with price starting from 4498 Chinese Yuan or roughly converted into 655 US$. If we compare its price with other 5G smartphones available in the Chinese market, ZTE latterly launched Axon 10 Pro 5G priced at 4,999 Chinese Yuan, and another Chinese firm Huawei just launches its Mate 20 X 5G smartphone price starting from 6,199 Chinese Yuan.

Previously, at the IMT-2020 (5G) Summit, that took place on July 17, VIVO showcased its new 5G smartphone, and on-site speed test crossed 1Gbps mark. Qin Fei, general manager of Vivo communication research institute, said that Vivo 5G smartphone will be launched before the end of 2019 without revealing the name.
