Xiaomi Mi 6 smartphone was announced in April, 2017. It features a 5.15-inch 1080p display but protections is not specified same as Xiaomi do with its other phones. It is powered by latest and powerfull Snapdragon 835 chipset paired with Adreno 540 GPU underneath.
The Xiaomi Mi 6 has no 3.5 headphone jack this time as rumors suggested before its launch. For storage, it has 64GB built-in storage coupled with 6GB of DDR4 RAM under the hood. The hand comes with dual stereo speakers with water and dust resistant build design with IP68 rating.
The Mi 6 also comes with NFC and the handset is compatible with the company’s Mi Pay NFC-based mobile payments service. As far as cameras are concerned, it sports dual 12MP rear cameras, one for a wide angle one and another one with a tele similar to the Apple iPhone 7 Plus. It packs a 3350 mAh battery and fingerprint scanner mounted on back under the camera. It will come with Android 7.1.1 based on MIUI on top out of the box.
The Xiaomi Mi 6 is priced at CNY2,499 (Approx. 23242 INR or $360) for the base 64GB version whereas 128GB variant will be available at CNY2,899 (Approx. 27116 INR or $420), while the exclusive ceramic version is CNY2,999 (Approx. 28084 INR or $435).
