Huawei Mate 30, Mate 30 Pro and Mate 30 RS Porsche Edition officially announced

Finally, the Huawei announced it’s much-awaited Mate 30 flagship series. It brings total three smartphones under its impress named Huawei Mate 30, Mate 30 Pro and Mate 30 RS Porsche Design.

Huawei Mate 30 Specifications

Huawei Mate 30 arrives with a 6.62-inch 1080 x 2340 pixels Full HD+ OLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection. The smartphone packs the Kirin 990 processor with 16-cores Mali-G76 MP16 GPU. It has triple 40 MP, f/1.8 (wide) OIS + 8 MP, f/2.4 (telephoto) OIS, 3x optical zoom + 16 MP, f/2.2 (ultra-wide) rear camera and a 24MP front-facing snapper.

The device arrives with 4,200 mAn non-removable battery with 40W SuperCharge 3.0 wired and 27W SuperWireless fast charging support. It has up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, expandable up to 256GB via Nano Memory card slot. It runs on the latest Android OS 10 based on custom EMUI 10 out of the box. Other essential connectivity features are included. The device brings Face ID + in-display fingerprint sensor for safe unlocking.

It has a slightly smaller 6.53-inch 1176 x 2400 pixels Full HD+ OLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection. The Huawei Mate 30 Pro is powered by the Kirin 990 processor coupled with 16-cores Mali-G76 MP16 GPU. The device incorporates quad-camera setup on the back having 40 MP, f/1.6 (wide) OIS + 8 MP, f/2.4 (telephoto) OIS, 3x optical zoom + 40 MP, f/1.8, 18mm (ultra-wide) + 3D ToF sensors. On the front, it has dual 32MP + ToF sensor camera combinations.

The device further adds a 4,500 mAn non-removable battery, that comes with 40W SuperCharge 3.0 wired and 27W SuperWireless fast charging support. The handset packs 8GB of RAM paired with either 128GB or 256GB built-in storage, which can be further expanded up to 256GB via Nano Memory card slot. It runs on the latest Android OS 10 based on custom EMUI 10 out of the box. Other essential connectivity features are included. Huawei Mate 30 RS Porsche Design specifications

The Huawei Mate 30 RS Porsche Design is somehow replica of the Huawei Mate 30 Pro. The handset comes with modified design and hardware is the same as found on Mate 30 Pro. The other change is on storage because it packs 12GB RAM and 512GB of built-in storage. The device brings a 6.53-inch 1176 x 2400 pixels Full HD+ OLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection. It has the Kirin 990 5G processor coupled with 16-cores Mali-G76 MP16 GPU.

The device brings quad-camera setup on the back having 40 MP, f/1.6 (wide) OIS + 8 MP, f/2.4 (telephoto) OIS, 3x optical zoom + 40 MP, f/1.8, 18mm (ultra-wide) + 3D ToF sensors. In addition, the camera supports 4K 60fps video and super slow motion 720p video @7,680fps. For shooting in low light, Mate 30 Pro camera can go up to ISO 204800, which is way more than the traditional ISO 6400. These smartphones arrive in both 5G and non-5G variants with different chipsets under the hood. All 5G variants use the Kirin 990 5G chip, which performs slightly better than the Kirin 990.

To tackle with Google Play Services, the company comes with Huawei AppGallary. They have already funded around $1 billion to evolve this project. To those who aren’t aware of this, Huawei AppGallery is an alternative of Google App store, where you can download  Android apps.
