EMUI 10 Update

EMUI 10 is now running on 50 million devices globally

Last month, Huawei had announced that they have pushed EMUI 10 update to 10 million devices. Now, these numbers went to the next level as more and more Honor / Huawei devices being part of this upgraded UI. The company today announces that they have 50 million EMUI 10 running devices across the world. It took only 5 months to reach that landmark.

To recall, Huawei Mate 30 series was the first one to bring EMUI 10 out of the box. But before that, Huawei had started beta testing on Huawei P30 series. According to the company, at the present scenario, there are 33 Honor / Huawei devices enjoying EMUI 10 update. The Honor devices get it as Magic UI 3.0, which is nothing more than a different marketing name. Otherwise, both are holding almost identical features.

Moreover, EMUI 10 brings plenty of new features and other enhancements over EMUI 9. It has the Desktop Mode with seamless cooperation between PC and mobile phone. Other features are Magzine Layout, Ark Complier, and revamped icon pack, which is eventually customisable. The latest EMUI 10 borrows most of the features from the Android 10 operating system. Latest system-level dark mode and privacy enhancements are some of the few instances. The new system also supports colourful AOD off-screen displays, instead of just displaying monotonous dates, times, batteries, message notifications, etc., it can also display colour dials, backgrounds, and patterns.
