Huawei Mate 20 X 5G surpasses 3,00,000 pre-orders

Recently, Huawei had introduced its first 5G smartphone dubbed as Huawei Mate 20 X 5G and it was up for pre-bookings from July 26. Now, the company confirms that the device has managed to grab almost 3,00,000 pre-orders. The news further reads that it is combined data of Official Vmall store and other e-commerce platforms. Moreover, higher demand for this smartphone displays that people are ambitious to experience 5G speed.

It will work noting that the device comes with dual-mode 5G capabilities and priced at 6,199 Chinese or roughly converted into 900$. It will start shipping from August 16 on various parts of the country. If you really wanna pick one up, you can visit Huawei’s official China store.

The Huawei Mate 20 X 5G smartphone is powered by the HiSilicon Kirin 980 SoC paired with Baron 5000 5G baseband chip. It features a 7.2-inch 1080 x 2244 pixels Full HD+ OLED panel on the top. The storage is given 256GB coupled with 8GB of RAM. It supports nano-memory card to expand the storage further up to 256GB via external memory card.

The handset runs on EMUI 9.1 based Android 9 Pie out of the box. It has 4,200 mAh non-removable battery with 40W fast charging support. The optics department is handled by the triple 40MP + 8MP + 20MP rear camera, whereas, another 24MP front-facing shooter for selfies. All the essential connectivity features are available on this device. It is available only in single Emerald Green color option.
