Huawei has just unleashed a new smartphone named Nova 5i Pro in China. The device is expected to release as a Huawei Mate 30 Lite for the global markets. As for the appearance, the device comes with a punch-hole full display on top, quad-camera setup on the back and a 3D fingerprint sensor underneath.

Speaking to the specs, the handset is fueled by the HiSilicon Kirin 810 processor, that uses the highly power-efficient 7nm fabrication process. It features a 6.26-inch 1080 x 2340 pixels Full HD+ IPS LCD panel on the top, while, we have no clue whether there is any specific protection included with this device or not. The device packs a 4,000 mAh non-removable battery and runs on Android 9 Pie out of the box. A 20W fast charging support is also there, that is well capable of charging the device up to 50% in just 30 minutes.
When it comes to optics, the handset boasts quad-camera setup with being 48MP f/1.8 Sony IMX586 main camera followed by an 8MP ultrawide sensor, 2MP Super Macro unit and a final 2MP depth sensor. On the front, it has a 32MP, f/2.0 aperture selfie shooter with a small cut-out in the display. It comes with loaded all the necessary connectivity features such as Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/a, A-GPS with GLONASS, 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio, and Dual Hybrid SIM support.
Huawei Nova 5i Pro Pricing and Availability
The Huawei Nova 5i Pro comes in three color options: Black, Green, and Blue. It is priced at 2,199 CNY for base 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant, 8GB RAM + 128GB variant costs 2,499 CNY, which goes up to 2,799 CNY for the highest 8GB RAM + 256GB built-in storage variant. Huawei announces two early sales, first will take place today, while, the next is fixed to happen on 2 August in China. Moreover, we don’t have information available regarding its global launch.
