The provided image gives us the best look yet of Huawei’s forthcoming flagship phone. As you might be aware of, Huawei’s “P” series is best known of high-class optics. Hopefully, the P40 Pro won’t disappoint those who are expecting high quality snap capturing.
As you can see in the above images, the device supports Penta-lens setup at the back including a multi-colour flashlight. Considering the camera specs, Huawei 40 Pro is likely to equipped with a newly designed periscope telephoto lens. Which supports up to 100x digital zoom and 10x optical zoom. Moreover, the Leica branding and technical details characterise the arrangement as comprising 18-240mm equivalence.
Based on earlier speculations, an updated 52MP primary camera would be competing against Samsung Galaxy S20’s 108MP customised sensor. All in all, the camera department is the bright spot where the company is continuously working to improve its performance. Speaking to the front portion, the device seems to accumulate four-sided curved display paired with notch-less design. There are dual hole-punch cutouts for the front-facing camera. The power button and volume rocker are on the right edge, whereas, USB Type-C port and speaker at the bottom. The 3.5mm headphone jack is missing without any exception.
In terms of configuration, it is no surprise that it will be equipped with a Kirin 990 5G processor coupled with up to 12GB RAM and a base variant with 256GB internal storage. As far as the release date is concerned, the P40 series may follow the older pattern of March launch. The tipster hints for the March 23 launch. What are your thoughts?
