Oppo had launched F11 smartphone in India earlier this year. Now the company has started teasing its successor to be called Oppo F15. Oppo India took to its official Youtube channel to reveal the side profile of the upcoming smartphone. According to the official teaser, the device acquires the waterdrop-notch display and quad rear camera.
At first glance, the device seems to be a rebranded version of Oppo A91 launched recently in China. There is no fingerprint sensor is visible on either side. Hence, it is likely to have the in-display fingerprint. We may see some changes in the configuration. But it is estimated to replicate almost similar specs as we have seen in original Oppo A91.
Oppo A91 Specifications
The Oppo A91 packs 6.4-inch 1080 x 2400 pixel Full HD+ IPS LCD panel. It is powered by the MediaTek Helio P70 chipset with Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. The SoC is based on 12nm manufacturing node clocked @2.1GHz higher Cortex-A73 cores. As for optics, it has 48MP primary sensor as well as three other lenses. Apart from the primary one, it couples 8MP ultra-wide lens, 2MP macro and 2MP depth sensors. The front camera packs single 16MP snapper for selfies.
The handset packs 4025 mAh non-removable battery with 30W VOOC 4.0 Flash Charge fast charging support. It is having up to 8MP RAM and 128GB internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 256GB via dedicated card slot. However, the company didn’t reveal the exact dimensions, but it is 7.9 thick with having 172 grams weight. The device runs on the same Android 9 Pie operating system running on ColorOS 6.1 out of the box. All the essential connectivity features are available to this smartphone. It brings the in-display fingerprint sensor for security purposes.
