Vivo gaming division IQOO is all set to launch a new 5G smartphone to be called IQOO Pro 5G in this month as the company confirmed latterly. The first appearance of IQOO Pro 5G indicated resemblance to the original IQOO smartphone, a new shot taken by the Chinese blogger at ChinaJoy 2019 gaming and digital entertainment tech expo, further confirms it. However, the image is taken a certain distance where we can’t confirm anything, but after zooming it up we have found some information regarding its identity and more.

As you can clearly see, there is a vertical triple rear camera on the back similarly found on Vivo IQOO. Moreover, the “Vivo 5G” logo imprinted and the same slogan “Monster Inside” resembling its predecessor. The only unique thing found on this device is its color. Overall, this is precisely the same device as Vivo IQOO with upgraded hardware and 5G support as the name suggests.

Vivo IQOO Pro 5G Expected Specs and Price

Speculations have it the device will arrive with Snapdragon 855 plus processor, 4500 mAh non-removable battery supporting 44W quick charging or it can reach up to 120W, 8GB RAM and 128GB storage for the base variant. When it comes to the pricing, it is expected to be one of the cheapest 5G smartphones for the Chinese market with a price tag of  4,498 CNY.

At the current scenario, there is no official confirmation by the company any of the above-mentioned specs, therefore, we have to wait for the official launch, which BTW isn’t far away.
