Xiaomi Mi A3 Indian pricing revealed ahead of official launch

Amazon India accidentally revealed Mi A3 pricing, which is expected to become 14,998 INR for the base variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, while, the top 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant costs 17,498 INR respectively.

Xiaomi is all set to launch Mi A3 smartphone in India on August 21. To recall, the smartphone was announced back in July for China. Ahead of its official launch, its selling partner Amazon India accidentally listed all the variants by revealing the price.

As per the listing, the base 4GB RAM, 64GB storage variant is priced at 14,998 INR, which goes up to 17,498 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB built-in storage. The listed variants also confirm three color options including More than White, Kind of Gray and Not just Blue.

For the core configurations, Xiaomi Mi A3 features a 6.01-inch 720 x 1560 pixels HD+ Super AMOLED display protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass 6. This is one of the early adopters to bring Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor coupled with Adreno 610 GPU. The key selling point of this device is Stock Android UI for lag-free experience, also, it gives assurance timely updated directly delivered from Google. It further adds a triple 48 MP, f/1.8, (wide) + 8 MP, (ultrawide), f/2.2 + 2 MP, f/2.4 (depth) rear camera, while, a 32MP front-facing shooter for selfies.

The Mi A3 smartphone packs a 4030 mAh non-removable battery with 18W Quick Charge 3.0 support. All the other essential features are included such as Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, FM Radio, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, USB Type-C port, 3.5mm headphone jack, and an infrared port to manage different consumer electronics remotely. All in all, this is a featured pack device with Pure Android experience. Some would argue for a lower resolution display, but being a Super AMOLED panel, we can expect a good color reproduction.
