Redmi 64MP Camera Interface

Recently, we have heard that Redmi is working on a new smartphone with a 64MP camera. Now the company officially posts a camera sample, hinting they are undoubtedly working on a Redmi device with having a 64MP camera. The posted image zooms on a cat with enough details around the eyes. Basically, the current disclosure made by Redmi hints strong zooming capabilities without even losing the quality of the actual image.

Furthermore, this isn’t the only device, Samsung and RealMe are also said to be working on a similar kind of smartphone. In fact, RealMe CEO Mr. Madhav Sheth also shared some sample shots of RealMe device, taken by a 64 mega-pixels, last month; So the race is very interesting to bring the higher mega-pixels count handset. Moreover, we aren’t far away to enter a world, where we will have portable devices to capture high-quality images with strong zooming power.

Recently, Samsung launched the ISOCELL Bright GW1 sensor with a 64MP camera module, that supports real-time HDR of up to 100-decibels. The new Redmi smartphone is most likely to adopt the same camera lens. However, the company didn’t reveal the actual name of the device, but the Redmi Note 8 is speculated to bring a 64MP camera. To recall, Redmi Note 7 Pro was launched with a 48MP camera, so this upgrade really makes sense.
