MIUI 11 is much-awaited OS upgrade for the Xiaomi fans. The company is today celebrating the birthday of MIUI. It will worth to know that MIUI was first introduced on August 16, 2010; therefore its 9th anniversary for the MIUI custom skin. When it comes to usability, MIUI is known for carrying plenty of additional features when compared to Stock Android. It is being used by a wide range of users as the Xiaomi ships millions of smartphones units every year.

Furthermore, to celebrate the MIUI anniversary, chief product director of MIUI division draws MIUI 11 conference tickets for two lucky winners. However, the company officially doesn’t reveal the launch date, but the lucky draw opening date is given September 5, 2019, indicating MIUI 11 to make its debut in September month. We are hoping to hear some words on this matter from the official sources soon.

Recently, Xiaomi co-founder and president Lin Bin revealed that Xiaomi MIX 4 will not be released in August. There are possibilities MIUI 11 to arrive with Mi Mix 4, just like the MIUI 10 was introduced with the company’s flagship device MI 8 last year. Besides, MIUI 11 is expected to borrow some native features from Android Q such as dark mode, enhanced privacy, new AI features, Optimize status bar, new app drawer, and an ultimate power-saving mode for extended power efficiency. Of course, we will have a new icon pack included with the updated skin. For further confirmation, stay tuned with us!
