EMUI 10 public beta starts rolling out to Huawei Mate X foldable phone

Earlier today, we have reported about Huawei’s 50 million devices running EMUI 10 custom user interface around the world. Overall, 33 devices were part of the latest EMUI 10 before the company adds Huawei Mate X. Huawei EMUI official Weibo account today announces EMUI 10 public beta for Huawei Mate X foldable phone. To participate in that beta program, you need to upgrade the “Service” app in order to become early adopters. Therefore, make sure that you are running on the latest version of “Service” app.

Keep in mind before proceeding to Beta program, usually, this kind of updates may include bugs and other software flaws. If you thinking to install EMUI 10 beta on your primary device, you need to be extra careful. Usually, companies bring the beta program to check the bugs and other vulnerabilities before pushing stable ROM. If you are too enthusiastic to test the latest features of EMUI 10, you can go ahead or wait for the stable update. Furthermore, Huawei officials previously announced the February and March EMUI 10 upgrade plans.

The models that are scheduled to be launched in mid-to-late February 2020 include nova 5, nova 5i Pro, nova 5z, and the Honor 20S. Other Huawei / Honor devices that are scheduled to be launched in early March 2020 are nova 5i, Huawei Enjoy 10S, and Honor 20 Youth Edition. To recall, EMUI 10 comes with various new features borrowed from Android 10 as well as some exclusive ones for Huawei and Honor phones.
