Oppo Reno Ace sold out in just 5 minutes

Oppo reno went out of stock in just 5 minutes during its first sale in China

Oppo had recently announced the Reno Ace smartphone in China. The device was up for sale today for the first time, and it went out of stock in just 5 minutes. We won’t be able to interpret the exact demand, because the company didn’t reveal how many units they have sold eventually.

As for pricing, the base variant is priced at 2,999 CNY, which goes up to 3,199 CNY for 8GB / 256GB variant. The top variant with 12GB RAM / 256GB storage costs 3,799 CNY. The handset is being sold via various online and offline platforms across the country. It will worth noting that Oppo Reno Ace almost replicate the Realme X2 Pro available globally.

Oppo Reno Ace Specifications

The Oppo Reno Ace features 6.5-inch 1080 x 2400 pixels Full HD+ AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection. The maximum brightness goes up to 500nits for the provided panel. It has Snapdragon 855+ processor clocked @2.96GHz. The GPU is Adreno 640 to handle graphics-intensive jobs. It runs on the latest Android 10 out of the box on the top of ColorOS 6.1 custom skin.

It packs a quad-camera setup on the back. The primary sensor is 48MP followed by 13MP (telephoto) + 8MP (ultra-wide) + 2MP depth sensors with EIS. The front side surrounds another 16MP shooter applied under waterdrop notch. The smartphone brings multiple storage variants with up to 12GB LPDDR4X RAM coupled with a maximum of 256GB internal storage, which is expandable up to 256GB via hybrid micro SD slot. It packs 4,000 mAh non-removable battery under the hood. Notably, the company offers a 65W fast SuperVOOC Flash Charge adapter, which is capable of charging 100% just in 30 minutes.
