Redmi K20 starts receiving Android 10 based MIUI 11 update in China

MIUI 11 is the major update for the Xiaomi and Redmi phone owners. Most of the users have already received this update on their phones. But the only dissipating thing is that the majority of devices received the older Android 9 Pie OS, even lower for some devices. Redmi K20 was also one of them that got Android Pie based MIUI 11. But now the company has started sending Android 10 based MIUI 11 to this device.

At the current scenario, the update is being pushed in the domestic market China. But we can expect this upgrade in the global market soon. The update model number is MIUI V11.0.2.0.QFJCNXM and it weighs approx. 2.3 GB in size. Moreover, it comes with the latest security patch along with Android 10 features such as better location control and privacy settings, Wi-Fi sharing via QR code and apps bubbles. We can expect overall better experience and improved stability with the latest version of Android OS.
