Samsung Galaxy Fold pre-bookings begin in China, open sale is coming soon

Samsung Galaxy Fold has faced several issues before it’s re-entry in the market. The device is already available in various parts of the global market. Finally, the company has decided to launch it in China. The company has already started accepting pre-orders for priority users starting from today with shipping started from November 8 to the early adopter. The F-Code is applicable for early adopters, which you can grab if you are pre-booking this device. The device will also up for a limited sale on November 8.

Meanwhile, the open sale will begin on November 11. As far as pricing is concerned, the smartphone costs 15,999 CNY for only a single variant available with 12GB LPDDR4X RAM and 512GB internal storage. For those who are interested to buy, the device will be sold via the Samsung China online store.

Samsung Galaxy Fold Specifications

The Samsung Galaxy Fold features 7.3-inch 1536 x 2152 pixels QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED display. Once you fold the device, there is a secondary 4.6-inch Super AMOLED display at HD+ 720 x 1680 pixels resolution. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor and Adreno 640 GPU to handle the graphics-intensive tasks. The smartphone sports triple 12MP + 12MP + 16MP rear camera with the support of EIS, OIS and 2x Optical Zoom. It has a dual 10MP + 8MP selfie camera or another 10MP camera while it is folded.

The handset packs 4235 mAh non-removable battery with 15W fast wired/wireless charging support. As we mentioned earlier, it brings 12GB RAM and 512GB built-in storage, which is non-expandable. Android 9 Pie operated the device based on Custom OneUI out of the box. All the essential connectivity options are available and it includes a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security.
